Shipping policy

Lead Time
All Kilo North Custom products are made to order. Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to ship date. If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. For international or special shipping requests, please contact us at kilonorthcustoms@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or comparable carriers. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Updates
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships. If you have not received a tracking number after the expected lead time, please reach out.

Made-to-Order Notice
Because the majority of our products are made to order, please double-check your selections (size, color, configuration, mounting options) before completing checkout. Changes after production has started may not be possible.
