Refund policy

7-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

• In perfect, resellable condition
• Unused and free of any signs of wear, stains, scents, or modification
• Returned with the original packaging

Made-to-Order Items
Items made to a custom specification (custom colorways, custom dimensions, contract manufacturing orders) are not eligible for return or exchange unless the issue is a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at kilonorthcustoms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process after we confirm receipt.
