Kilo North Custom offers a lifetime warranty on all products we make, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind every piece of gear that leaves our shop.
What's Covered
- Stitching failures under normal use
- Hardware defects (buckles, grommets, zippers, etc.)
- Material defects not caused by wear and tear or misuse
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear, fading, or aging of materials over time
- Damage from misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from accidents, fire, chemicals, or improper care
- Cosmetic wear (scuffs, light surface marks)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Send us an email at kilonorthcustoms@gmail.com with the following:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- Description of how the issue occurred
We will respond within 7 business days with next steps. Depending on the situation, we may repair the product, replace it, or offer a comparable alternative.
